By using Mditory, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service Description

Mditory is a free online markdown editor that runs entirely in your browser. The application provides markdown editing, live preview, GitHub README fetching, Google Drive sync (optional), and document export functionality.

3. No Account Required

Mditory does not require registration or an account. Optional features such as Google Drive sync require credentials you provide, which are used solely for direct communication between your browser and Google's services.

4. User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the content you write and edit using Mditory. The service is provided as-is with no guarantees regarding uptime, availability, or data preservation. You should maintain backups of important documents.

5. Intellectual Property

Mditory itself (the application code, design, and name) is intellectual property. You may not copy, redistribute, or reverse-engineer the application. Content you create using Mditory remains your property.

6. Third-Party Services

Mditory integrates with GitHub and Google Drive. Use of those services is governed by their respective terms. Mditory is not affiliated with or endorsed by GitHub or Google.

7. Limitation of Liability

Mditory is provided free of charge. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the creators shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including data loss or service interruption.

8. Changes

These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
